- Cancellations are accepted within 15 minutes of booking. After this period, once the booking is assigned to a driver, it will be chargeable to the user at Rs. 2000/- per day.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days to the original payment method used during the order.
- Report any damaged or lost goods within 1 hour of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
- Provide photographic evidence to expedite the claim process, ensuring a prompt resolution.
- Notify us of any discrepancies or incomplete deliveries within 1 days.
- We will promptly address the issue by either arranging for the missing items to be delivered or processing a refund for the incomplete order.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the specified delivery location and time, and multiple attempts to contact them fail, the order may be considered a no-show.
- No-show orders are not eligible for a refund due to logistical and operational costs incurred.
